- As featured on Oprah! Ron LaFleur was featured on Oprah's
"Favorite Things" show Nov 21, 2005 for his efforts in the aftermath of
hurrican Katrina with airboat seach/rescue and for his children's toy
drive efforts. How bout that?!
- The Ron LaFleur Band is no longer, but Ron LaFleur continues to
work solo acoustic shows in the west suburbs and all around Chicago.
Ron now runs an airboat and rock climbing service running out of
Savanna IL! Captain
Ron's Adventures - Airboat tours and rock climbing along the
Mississippi River in Savanna, IL. And, yup that's the same Ron
Lafleur that was featured on the Oprah Winfrey show November 2005 for
his volunteer efforts with hurrican Katrina!
